cute staff comfortable bed delicious pastries
the staff was cute and helpful, really making me feel at home. my room was super clean with a very comfortable bed (i slept like a baby!). i enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, especially the pastries. parking was simple and convenient.
the shower pressure was a little low.

grade listed architecture art deco interior free parking
The building features gorgeous Grade 2 listed architecture. The Art Deco interior includes a sunken ballroom. I found the free car parking convenient. The bus stop outside made getting into the city center easy.
The mattress was too firm, causing some discomfort during the night. I hope this can be addressed in the future.

Acceptable stay, but issues noted
shower tiles cleaning issue
The staff were very cooperative , a PLUS.
I found hairs on the shower tiles, quite off-putting and something I didn't expect. The cleanliness was not up to par, sadly. The room did not feel beautiful, despite what I paid for it to be. I feel that more attention to detail is needed.
