fantastic stay!
comfy bedcomplimentary snacksfriendly staffinconvenient reception
i found a super comfy bed and a spacious sofa bed in the room. lots of lovely details existed including complimentary snacks plus a well-equipped and clean bathroom. the staff were super friendly and helpful. breakfast was really good too.
i did notice that the hotel reception is on the fourth floor.

the hotel benefits from a central location near pubs, restaurants, and shops. the main shopping mall is only a short walk away. taxi services are readily available in the area.
