We enjoyed a lovely New Year's Eve break for one night. The staff was first class, specifically at Reception and those involved with preparing and serving the Gala dinner. Everything went smoothly and the room was pleasant. The dinner and next-day breakfast were excellent, with efficient and well-organized service.
My room was unbelievably hot. Turning down the thermostat did not make a difference, nor did the fan.

the hotel shone brightly, especially regarding some practical features i noticed immediately. there was a qr code that gave access to a detailed hotel guide, a nice touch. i was also impressed by their option to skip room service for a reward, showing care for the environment. i appreciated this modern, thoughtful approach.

The hotel location was good. It met my expectations.
The hairdryer was like from the 80s. I did not like it. The bedside lamps had bright bulbs, very annoying. I also noticed cobwebs on the ceiling.
