awesome service local spots abundant breakfast

i had awesome service. remo at the concierge. the location rocks because it is just a short walk to the duomo and tons of shops. breakfast was abundant, and the coffee, especially the espresso, was a treat!

i found that sound insulation was missing. i could hear street sounds. noises from cars kept me awake throughout the night.

the hotel has an amazing spot. major tourist spots exist within walking distance. you find the duomo and galleria vittorio emanuele ii within a short, easy walk from the hotel.

my room were always clean, and it was spacious. the triple room i booked had amazing views. the bed provided a comfortable sleep, and the shower worked great.

the location was excellent. it was a short walk to the duomo. the breakfast offered a very varied and good selection. the staff were helpful.

the air conditioning did not work. i asked reception three times for assistance, but i received no response. there was no liquid soap in the shower dispenser. the rooftop terrace played nightclub music until 1 am, noisy.

the location was superb, just a short walk to the main attractions, i loved the helpful staff, always ready with a smile. my room was very spacious and clean, a real treat! the breakfast buffet offered many options, i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit.

the rooftop bar music was slightly audible in my room until late.

the reception staff was attentive and always available, they quickly addressed a minor issue with my room. i really appreciated their friendly attitude and willingness to assist with directions and recommendations. their english was excellent!

My classic double room had ample space and natural light, it was well-kept. the bed was quite comfortable. the bathroom featured fresh towels daily. the air conditioning worked perfectly. I had a good nights sleep.

the hotel offers complimentary wifi throughout the premises, it was fast. the rooftop bar is amazing and it has very nice views. there is elevator access to all floors! everything worked as expected.

the breakfast was marvelous with a variety of options available the staff was helpful with directions.

the air conditioning did not function adequately it took maintenance several hours to address the issue the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout the first night.

the breakfast buffet had a great selection! it included smoked salmon which was a treat, and they even had small bottles of prosecco. the rooftop bar had amazing views, i could see the alps during my lunch there.

the bathroom tub was not working right. it was hard to get a decent shower, and the tub drained very slowly, it took about 30 minutes. they said they could not do anything except change the entire tub.
