i had awesome service. remo at the concierge. the location rocks because it is just a short walk to the duomo and tons of shops. breakfast was abundant, and the coffee, especially the espresso, was a treat!

i found that sound insulation was missing. i could hear street sounds. noises from cars kept me awake throughout the night.

the location was excellent. it was a short walk to the duomo. the breakfast offered a very varied and good selection. the staff were helpful.

the air conditioning did not work. i asked reception three times for assistance, but i received no response. there was no liquid soap in the shower dispenser. the rooftop terrace played nightclub music until 1 am, noisy.

the location was superb, just a short walk to the main attractions, i loved the helpful staff, always ready with a smile. my room was very spacious and clean, a real treat! the breakfast buffet offered many options, i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit.

the rooftop bar music was slightly audible in my room until late.

the breakfast buffet had a great selection! it included smoked salmon which was a treat, and they even had small bottles of prosecco. the rooftop bar had amazing views, i could see the alps during my lunch there.

the bathroom tub was not working right. it was hard to get a decent shower, and the tub drained very slowly, it took about 30 minutes. they said they could not do anything except change the entire tub.
