I got a gorgeous suite after a front desk upgrade. The suite was big! I enjoyed a fantastic morning buffet. The bread and fruit selection were delicious, and omelettes were made to order.

rainfall shower free shuttle coffee facility makeshifty spa

the room was a premium double room. it included a rainfall shower (so refreshing!) and two separate sinks. the hotel also had a free shuttle service into the old town. it was really handy.

there were no coffee or tea facilities in the room. i think this is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. the spa area seemed makeshifty. it didn't feel very luxurious.

The shuttle service to Montenapoleone was convenient. I also extensively used the hotel bar. My room, a Premium Double Room, was fantastic.

The hotel lacked coffee or tea facilities in my room.

my room, a classic double room, had a lovely firm bed. the complimentary shuttle service transported me to the city center with ease.
