i appreciated the location near the duomo. the room was clean upon arrival. the hotel staff was friendly and efficient . i enjoyed the convenience of the location for accessing local attractions.
i found the check-out process slow due to long queues in the lobby , , made my departure a bit rushed.

The location was amazing. I walked to the duomo in minutes! the family quadruple room was spacious and perfect for our group. the staff provided helpful service, especially with directions (i was so lost!). i really appreciated the attention to detail in the room amenities.
i did notice a slight delay once when requesting extra towels.

The hotel offers a maze of hallways connecting multiple buildings, a bit unusual. the rooms offer blackout curtains and high-quality bedding. I slept so well. there are also great blackout curtains in the rooms.

As a traveller, i appreciated the hotel's prime location near the duomo, made exploring the area very easy. the hotel rooms were very clean with fresh towels and water replenishment daily. the staff provided insights about the city. Their hospitality created a cute atmosphere.
i noticed some hallways had ramps that created a slightly strange maze, making navigation a little confusing.
