A mixed experience. Beautiful location, but service needs improvement

poor service multiple follow-ups

the service quality did not align with the hotel's beauty. our refrigerator required four follow-ups before it was fixed, a major inconvenience. the rooftop restaurant offered subpar service, excluding the manager. these service lapses detracted from the overall experience.

Picturesque Views and Premium Service!

premium service perfect date

My wife and I chose this hotel for a kid-free getaway. The privacy was appreciated. The premium service helped us reconnect. The entire time seemed like a perfect date.

The location atop the mountain required nearly 20 minutes to drive down. This added travel time was a slight inconvenience. A more direct route would be beneficial.
