the breakfast was excellent i found so much choice and very high quality. it was served in a beautiful setting i admired the hotel gardens and lake. we had superior first floor lake view rooms these looked directly onto the hotel grounds and lake i thought the outlook was fabulous especially as we were lucky enough to have beautiful sunny weather.

i found the room even with aircon on and curtains shut during the day very warm the thermostat ranged between 24-26 degrees this made sleeping very uncomfortable. the bed was two single beds pushed together with a thin mattress topper there was a visible sag between the two beds. the gym is very poor i thought it was dated small and very hot for a hotel that charges such high prices.

i must admit that the phone system lacked clear instructions, specifically regarding reaching the front desk.

I had an wonderful time. Everything from the breakfast to the sun loungers was perfect!!! All was punctuated by super staff. They were professional, individual and efficient. Josie, the guest reservation manager, was particularly lovely!!!

The wellness center could have been open longer. I think extending the hours beyond 19:00 would be beneficial. It would allow more time to enjoy the facilities after a day of activities.

the breakfast had every option possible the food presentation was amazing every staff member we encountered was really good. the lake view from the beautiful double or twin room lake view was fantastic the room was spotlessly clean. the room was comfortable and relatively modern the hotel is right on the edge of the lake.

the gym is small and dated it also feels very hot.
