wonderful stay

attentive staffvery nice viewsconvenient parking

the hotel staff was attentive i especially appreciated the warm greetings from the reception and housekeeping teams the rooftop bar was a highlight the sunset views were very nice the cocktail hour was good. the breakfast buffet had many options the breakfast room overlooks the lake so i enjoyed a nice start to my days there. prearranged parking was convenient the hotel provided clear directions to the lot about 500 meters away.

the elevator was small like others i saw in europe

the team at reception was always helpful i appreciated the quick responses to my questions the housekeeping staff kept my room super clean it was a comfortable and pleasant experience dealing with them.

the hotel is in a super location near the ferry services. the staff are professional and warm. the room was perfect (i had a superior double or twin room). the wifi worked well. the breakfast room had a great view to start the day.

our stay had positives and negatives. there was no air con, even though it's listed as though it has it. we were told to open a window but lots of bugs were coming in (it was a bit annoying).

i had a good room that featured a large terrace. it gave me fantastic views overlooking the water! the breakfast included was AMAZING!!! it presented a great selection of options. the rooftop patio offered excellent sunset views too.

the air conditioning was shut off .
