large room clean space excellent team

the rooms were refurbished this time. the room was large, clean, and comfortable. the bathroom was also large with a walk-in shower. breakfast included a wide range of choice supported by an excellent team. i found it a wonderful experience.

the temperature in the room could not be modified. it was a little cool.

the location worked fine it was pretty close to the duomo i guess

check-in did not start my stay off on the right foot nobody helped me with my bags and the people at the front desk weren't exactly overflowing with smiles or helpful advice it made me wonder if i'd accidentally wandered into a library not a hotel

The location allowed easy access to many points of interest. I found several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel presented a fresh, modern interior. All the staff members I encountered were pleasant and helpful.

I could hear the tram rumble by throughout the night. This might be common for the area though.

prime location breakfast choices supportive staff willingness to help

i was charmed by the hotel location. the proximity to main attractions was a plus. the breakfast was a delight with many choices. the staff provided great support with directions and guidance. i appreciated their willingness to help with anything i needed.

i found the gym equipment somewhat limited. it would benefit from a couple extra cardio machines. the space is good, it's just the machine numbers is the real issue, actually.

wonderful city stay

friendly staff spacious room luxurious toiletries efficient check-in

i found the check-in process smooth and efficient upon arrival. the staff was friendly and gave me all needed information about the amenities (i especially appreciated the quick service). my room was spacious and clean, it had modern furnishings. i stayed in a beautiful double or twin room, a comfortable bed and a well-kept bathroom with luxurious toiletries.

i noticed that the reception bar closes relatively early. if the rooftop bar is fully booked, getting a drink for the room becomes difficult.

unfair process poor service

The hotel room was very nice.

The check in process was not fair to customers. The hotel tried to charge a couple extra. It was 50 Euros a night. The front desk did not care about customer service.
