i found the location convenient. i easily walked to the main attractions and nearby restaurants. the room, a beautiful double or twin room, offered ample space and a sizeable bathroom, greatly appreciated.

i found the check-in process smooth and efficient upon arrival. the staff was friendly and gave me all needed information about the amenities (i especially appreciated the quick service). my room was spacious and clean, it had modern furnishings. i stayed in a beautiful double or twin room, a comfortable bed and a well kept bathroom with luxurious toiletries.
i noticed that the reception bar closes relatively early. if the rooftop bar is fully booked, getting a drink for the room becomes difficult.

the hotel provides a perfect location for walking to the duomo (a real landmark). many shopping streets and really nice restaurants are nearby. it is easy to reach by metro.

breakfast was very good, a wide variety of options available. the buffet was well-stocked, with a coffee machine for convenience. the rooftop bar (with its unique atmosphere) is also worth a visit.

The hotel room was very nice.
The check in process was not fair to customers. The hotel tried to charge a couple extra. It was 50 Euros a night. The front desk did not care about customer service.
