I booked a level room. the private check-in area was unattended for fifteen minutes. Checking in at the regular reception would have been faster. the room's air conditioning was broken making the room hot. the tv had poor reception. the level lounge had limited breakfast and snack options. it was a disappointing experience overall

the location was acceptable with metro access nearby.

The room i was assigned was far from soundproofed. i could clearly hear every conversation and movement from the adjacent rooms, disrupting any chance of restful sleep. the staff's response to noise complaints was inadequate. They acknowledged the issue but didn't take effective action.

I had a very good rate during the night. The room was big, with an extra space to work. The staff gave fruits and drinks every day as complimentary! I used the Club Lounge. It is open 24/7, with various drinks and snacks like croissants.

The hotel location does not need it, its not in the city center.

The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes for workout. There is a water machine positioned near electric wires, but it needs safety adjustments. The pool area includes twenty loungers plus a shaded area.
