the room was clean and tidy.

The breakfast service was a letdown, particularly for the price. i also found the room wasn't properly serviced one day. There was no toilet paper and no milk for tea. basic checks were skipped. twice.

I found the staff cute. They provided assistance with my luggage both upon arrival and departure. the room was clean. I particularly appreciated the efficient air conditioning system. i also used the in-room coffee machine and found it convenient for a quick morning coffee. the complimentary slippers provided added a touch of comfort.

I noticed the soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could hear some street noise, but it didn't greatly affect my rest.

Breakfast included scrambled eggs and cooked sausages. The selection provided a satisfying start to the day. several pastries were very tasty with my cup of tea. I enjoyed the available variety. the dining area was very clean.

the location was very convenient to the tube station. the staff seemed attentive.

my room was in the basement. it felt quite stuffy, even though it was not summer. there was considerable noise from the housekeeping area. the price did not seem to reflect the quality of this room.
