convenient and clean stay

the location was very central it allowed easy access to south bank and transport links staff were friendly i found the breakfast to be good. they stored my bags both before check-in and after check-out at no cost. the rooms were clean and had enough space.
the bed was firmer than i prefer i have a slight neck stiffness this morning

the breakfast area included juices, coffee, hot chocolate and a selection of cereals there was also yogurt and warm toast available with honey, jams and nutella. the ladies were efficient in clearing tables.

staff were helpful and friendly at check-in i noted the desk was open 24-hours. i appreciated that i could leave my luggage before check-in it was very convenient. check out was quick.

The location proved advantageous because of its proximity to Victoria Station. I found the staff to be helpful during check-in. The room included a kettle with tea and coffee. This was a nice amenity.
The room I received was quite small. The breakfast options were minimal. White toast and cereal were the only choices. I found the temperature in the room to be too warm, difficult.
