The hotel is near Tower Bridge, about a 10-minute walk, with numerous food options just outside. A bus stop right outside the hotel offers transport into the city, dropping off near Big Ben. The staff was very helpful (especially Richa and Sakshi), and the room was large, clean, and bright, and the bathroom was spacious. I found the rear-facing room quiet.

The hotel provided reliable internet service . They also agreed to store my luggage for over six hours on my final day, which I greatly appreciated (a big help!).

the staff were helpful. a bus stop was a few minutes walk away. it took me straight into the city (that was convenient).

the name is misleading. the hotel states tower bridge in its name. it is at the far end of the old kent road and miles from tower bridge. (it really impacted my plans).
