the location proved convenient. i loved the complimentary drink offered in exchange for opting out of housekeeping, a ingenious idea. the cocktails were amazing!!!

the soundproofing in the room was not effective. i could clearly hear noises from both the adjacent room and the pub across the street. it was quite disruptive.

This hotel has a very nice design, which drew me here. My Loft Room was spacious with a balcony. I found it bright and clean. The coffee station is on the landing. I knew this before and it was not a problem at all. The staff were very friendly.

Breakfast has limited hot food options, and getting drinks took too long.

the location was great. the hotel is in a good spot near waterloo station. the bed was comfy, i got a good night's rest. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions.

The room was small, and there wasnt many places to put my things. the shower setup was weird with just glass walls. the pub across the street played music late. Made it hard to sleep at first.

The check-in was super smooth and quick! the staff was so friendly and helpful. They really were really good. i was able to check in way earlier than expected at 10 am! the cleaning crew was also super efficient, and they even showed me how to use the room speakers. It was awesome!

I found that there were very few surfaces in the room to put my things on. It was a little inconvenient

the location is fantastic. it is minutes from the station, and lower marsh street has great eating and drinking places. the hotel is quirky and friendly. i had a second stay here, and i will definitely come back.

I had quite a bad sleep AS lighting was on all night. I could not turn it off at the switch. i then complained to a bar man, and he tried to fix the issue, BUT he couldn't do anything for us. THIS obviously wasn't ideal because it's very hard to sleep WITH the room being lit up.

the location was good, close to public transport and various eateries.

I was very disappointed with the noise levels. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms and the street outside. The noise made it difficult to rest.
