chewy beefpeppery sausages
the food at sunday lunch was poor. roast beef was chewy, and the roast potatoes were flabby. kids' meal sausages were very peppery, not kid friendly. prices are very high. two pints of beer cost £15.80!!!

amazing o2 stay !
friendly staffcozy vibequirky stylingparking ticket
the staff was super friendly and helpful ! harry, the manager, even put a delivered shirt in my room before i arrived, which i super appreciated. the bar staff was patient and efficient. i met a cleaning lady who asked if i needed my room tidied, so sweet ! i loved the cosy vibe and quirky styling , like records on the walls and cool clocks.
the parking situation was a bit tricky, i wish i knew about the two-hour limit sooner. slow service led to a parking ticket , and i wish the process had been smoother.

my double room had quirky decor with records covering the walls , this was such a unique touch. the room included a comfy bed, but the lighting could be improved with an additional ceiling light , this would make the room brighter. the shower was a great size.

vegetarian options are available on the menu , this was important for me. the food and drink were presented nicely. breakfast had plenty of options , this ensured i started my day off right.

the location is really convenient with the o2 arena less than ten minutes walk away in a straight line, it's really easy to get to. the bus stop is only a couple minutes walk up one way , this made getting around simple. i felt safe walking alone.

the hairdryer was great , this was convenient. the screen on the window allowed fresh air in without insects , i really liked that. the free car parking was convenient , just remember the two-hour limit.
