great location and friendly staff
beautiful view handy location decent bed
i had a room with a beautiful view. the room included everything i needed such as an iron, a kettle to boil water, coffee and tea. the location proved convenient for the elizabeth line. the room was clean and the bed was decent.

The hotel has a restaurant on the lower ground floor with satisfying meals. the restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. The meals are adequately portioned, tasty, and reasonably priced. the hotel also provides free luggage storage.

convenient access friendly staff excellent restaurants
The location had convenient access to many places. The lovely staff, Adam, helped me a lot, he was friendly. There were excellent restaurants close by. The mattress was comfortable and quite narrow.
There was no bar. The room was a little dated.

soaked floor constant dust
The room was not up to par. the shower lacked a proper enclosure. consequently, the bathroom floor was soaked after each shower. This made using the toilet quite inconvenient. i also noticed dust everywhere, settling on surfaces within minutes.
