The room included robes and slippers (a nice touch). The design incorporated original windows and fireplaces. Breakfast offered great quality items.

noisy ac unit lack of soundproofing

The room was large.

The AC unit was noisy and made it hard to sleep. Staff refused to acknowledge the noise. Windows offered no soundproofing from street traffic.

The breakfast was delicious. It included many options. The staff were friendly. The room was a great size it was also super clean.

The wooden floor had some holes. These spots needed repair. The garbage pail was not emptied. It looked to be from the last guest. The room was quite noisy because of traffic.

amazing breakfast lovely bed great staff

Breakfast was amazing. The bed was lovely in my Classic Double room. Some great staff were present (especially the waitress who served us at breakfast).

Wooden floor had some holes needing repair in places.
