The en-suite was ridiculously small. black mold plagued the sealant lines in the shower. I certainly didn't feel invited. the whole building seemed to be falling apart anyway..

the location was good , and the price was fair for an overnight stay. it was close to twickenham for a rugby event. i found shops nearby , and there were food options all around.

the room wasn't ready when i arrived , and it was more basic than i anticipated. i saw dirty glasses and make up on the bed sheets. the bed was also super uncomfortable.

The location was ideal because I was picking up my daughter from university. It was awesome having a shop just two doors away for any quick needs.

There was no staff present. Communication happened only via phone. This setup could be a bit challenging if immediate assistance is needed (though I didn't have major issues).

i found the room clean and a good size. the shower was hot and worked well. i thought the location was suitable for visiting twickenham (it was the reason for my stay).

i noticed a small area of damp near the window.
