the location was good, close to transport and shops.

the room was small. i found hairs in the shower, and the cleanliness of the sheets seemed questionable. the staff weren't very friendly, it's a shame.

The location was fantastic (I mean, super central!). Many shops are around. The transport links were excellent, with multiple tube stations nearby. Made getting around really easy.

The room was quite small, I must say. The bathroom door did not close properly. I could hear quite a lot of noise from other rooms. Made it a bit difficult to relax sometimes.

the bedroom included a comfortable bed. the location was great and near the tube station. i found the staff to be helpful, especially when i needed directions. the room had all the basic amenities i needed (it's really all i wanted).

the room i stayed in was a bit small.

i saw many shops and food outlets near the premises. various restaurants and cafes are very close to the hotel (some are literally next door). i noticed that several arabic restaurants were also nearby.

the location is very close to a tube station. hyde park is also easily accessible from the hotel. supermarkets and a pharmacy are nearby (i was happy about that).

the room was clean and well laid out. the bathroom facilities were good (i enjoyed a hot shower). clean towels were provided. the room had the very basics one needs.

the staff answered the phone straight away when i had a question about the shower. they quickly sorted out a simple misunderstanding (it was just me making a mistake). i found them to be very helpful and communicative.

location is top, so close to paddington station and i found many fast food places nearby. the reception staff was excellent, so cute, and i found them professional. the bed was really comfortable, too!

the room needed more cleaning, i saw some rust. the window didn't close, it looked rusty.
