Junior Suites feature super king or twin beds, a sofa, and a bathroom with a roll-top bath and walk-in shower. Breakfast is served in the Dining Room from 8:00 am to 9:30 am Monday-Friday and 8:00 am to 10:00 am Saturday and Sunday. The menu includes cereals, fruit, juices, and homemade muesli. Hot options include a grilled Norfolk breakfast with bacon, sausage, free-range egg, mushroom, tomato, homemade rustic beans, and black pudding. Vegetarian options include eggs, mushrooms, homemade rustic beans, tomato, and spinach. Additional options include eggs on toast and smoked kippers. All breakfasts feature bread baked in Cromer, bacon and sausages from Norwich, and eggs, fruit, and vegetables from Norfolk farms. An allowance of £25 per person is available against the A la Carte menu for guests who prefer it.

The hotel is near the Cromer Pier Seaside Special Show, featuring vocalists, comics, and a dance troupe.
