Deer Harbor Inn, 20 km from Orcas Island, offers lodge rooms and private cottages. Lodge rooms include a mini-fridge, coffee maker, an electric fireplace, and a private bathroom. Seven lodges feature a queen bed, and one offers two twins. Cottages include a kitchenette, a living area, and a covered porch. Cottages are pet-friendly.
Onsite Dining
The inn's informal restaurant provides a patio with views of a lawn and wooded backdrop. For dining, Matthew's Smokehouse offers meals, and Island Pie serves handmade pizzas with local ingredients. Orcas Island Winery provides handcrafted wines.

Located near the southwest corner of Orcas Island, Deer Harbor Inn is near the Deer Harbor Marina (1 km), Massacre Bay (1.5 km), and Turtleback Mountain South Trailhead (2 km). The Orcas Island Historical Museum is nearby. Go 4.5 miles through West Sound; the inn is on the left.
Additional Services
Check-in is after 4:00 PM at the yellow building. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, with late check-out available for an additional fee. Smoking is prohibited inside, but designated outdoor areas are available. Pets are welcome in cottages only, with prior arrangement for $25 per pet/day. Children under eight are welcome in the cottages but not in the lodge, and there is a $20 per person charge for more than two guests. Deer Harbor Inn will never sell or share private guest information with an outside source.
