high minibar pricesslow tavern service

i was annoyed that the minibar prices were so high! a small bottle of water cost $16, excluding tax. it seemed like i was constantly being overcharged for basic things. also, the service in the tavern was slow! we ended up canceling our food order and leaving because we waited far too long. it's a beautiful building, but the service needs improvement!

the lack of a coffee maker in the room was a real disappointment. i know there is a coffee place downstairs, but it is a long walk. not having coffee in the room. also, the housekeeping was subpar. i came back from the pool one day, and the door would not open. someone had closed the latch. engineering had to come to open it.

The gym had a lot of options for exercise. It was very nice. there were many choices for dining at the hotel. the pools looked gorgeous. I saw plenty of space to spread out.

Valet service was not good, in my opinion. i found their attendants to be rude. i thought driving through that area was hazardous. I do not recommend it.

Really good stay at a superb hotel

My room was super spacious. I found the staff to be very caring and attentive to my every need, always present whenever I needed assistance. The rooms were insane, even their standard options are much larger than those at normal hotels.

Room service took more than forty minutes to answer my call and another hour and fifteen minutes to deliver.

The hotel location offers a more upscale atmosphere than hotels right on the strip. It is far enough from the mass chaos. The hotel is still close to everything this area offers to visitors.

The room service was slow. It took forever to get anyone on the phone. after finally ordering, i waited over an hour for the food to arrive. tavern service was just as bad. i ended up canceling my order and leaving because the wait was too long. these service issues really need fixing.
