the remodeled premier spa king room suited my needs well. its spa tower location provided easy access throughout the hotel. i enjoyed the holiday decorations at the conservatory in december..
i found it quite inconvenient that there were no coffee makers in the rooms. this became a frequent request, as i learned from guest services. after 10pm, there were not many available restaurants for snacks, which led me to look for late night food outside the hotel.

The location is GREAT. Check-in was prompt and efficient. The front desk staff was polite. I found the room to be clean and spacious. The rideshare pick-up was close. I would come back again.
I found no coffee makers in the rooms. There were limited options for coffee or a quick bite. Long lines resulted because of this. I had to wait an inordinate amount of time for a drink at the pool.

The suite was huge and CLEAN. It included a king-size bed, a seating area, and a large bathroom with separate shower and tub. The furnishings was modern and well-kept, contributing to a comfortable stay.

I ate at the buffet. They had a GREAT selection. The food was reasonably priced. The buffet offered a variety of cuisines, including American, Italian, and Asian. Everything seemed fresh and well-prepared.

the bed and pillows were comfortable. the bathroom was a good size. it had a separate toilet which operated automatically..
the shower pressure was not good. it was the worst i have experienced. i also found that i could hear music from the cosmo.. it was loud every night until 3am.
