I found the room clean. The staff WAS helpful . The hotel provided a good environment for the conference I attended. Every dining experience WAS pleasant.

The room WAS a bit noisy. I noticed a lack of toiletries in the bathroom. There WERE no robes or slippers provided in the room. The wifi WAS also quite poor .

advantageous location spacious room noise issues missing refrigerator

the location proved advantageous for exploring nearby attractions easily. the spacious room also included well kept bathrooms it was nice.

i encountered noise issues impacting sleep quality there were pipes neighbors and guests in the hallway. a refrigerator for personal use was missing which was not convenient.

i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. room service was also very prompt and efficient, delivering meals quickly. the location was very convenient for accessing other parts of the area. i found the staff to be helpful, always ready to assist with directions or answer questions.

the walk to the pool area felt quite long, requiring me to navigate through much of the hotel.
