the location was convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff, especially clark juan, was friendly and helpful. the room felt spacious and clean.

the check-in process was slow. i waited in line for a long time. there wasn't a coffee machine in the room. the parking cost an extra fee per night.

The centralized location on the strip was really useful, i was able to walk to many attractions. the room included a very comfortable bed. I slept well.

The carpets in the room needed a thorough cleaning. They looked worn. the prices for cocktails at the bar seemed excessively high, costing more than i expected.

friendly staff efficient bell staff beautiful reception accommodating staff

the bell staff was very friendly! matthew was especially efficient upon arrival. the reception area was beautiful, and the staff was cute and accommodating to our requests. my bags arrived quickly after i called for them.

some mornings a maintenance worker used a leaf blower early, and i could hear it from my room. it was used off and on for over 30 minutes, and it was slightly annoying.

There were good food choices available. i enjoyed a wonderful dinner at mon ami gambi. It features excellent french food. attentive service complemented the meal and i also had a breakfast burrito at cafe americano.

customer service was great, and it was easy to check in and out online. all the reception staff were friendly. housekeeping was great! the hotel location is excellent, very central to many attractions.
