Each Stay Well Soho King includes a pillow-top king mattress, a 55-inch TV, a tub/shower combo, marble finishes, aromatherapy, an air purification system, a Stay Well shower infuser, and access to the Cleveland Clinic Wellness newsletter. The Players Suite features two pillow-top queen mattresses, a seating area, a dining area, a granite bathroom, and a four-person whirlpool tub. The guest room was clean and i found it comfortable. i asked for a room away from the roller coaster and my request was fulfilled. i also appreciated the free water in the gym when i brought my own bottle. the empire TOWER is worth recommending.

The hotel seems dated. The check-in process WAS slow.
