The location was acceptable.

Check-in was a problem. I waited in line far too long because of the slow staff and broken kiosks. This seriously tested my patience. I expect better service.

the location was perfect, right where i needed to be. i found the strip view king room to be immaculate, it had a certain gleam to it. i also loved how convenient the parking were, , made all the difference.

i didn't find no fault, it suited my hearts content.

I found many places to eat right on the hotel. The rooms were nice. The thermostats showed their age though. Late checkout was convenient because of my flight.

The check in process was long. No self check in kiosks were working. I stood in line for about an hour. The food was not good. Dinner and breakfast were bad, though the server staff was great.

The hotel is a bit older, but it's well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. i was able to store my luggage after checking out since i had a late flight, really convenient. everything worked out for the two nights i stayed in the beautiful king room or queen room two queen beds.

great location friendly staff self-check-in kiosk

the hotel's location worked well for exploring nearby attractions. the staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness at all times. i found the self-check-in kiosks sped up the check-in process (which i really appreciated!).

the noise level was high at times. it was hard to relax. i wish there were quieter areas available away from the casino's activity.
