lack of trust unhelpful service

The lack of customer service really upset me. security actually heckled me about my show tickets as i tried to leave. it was like they didn't trust me at all. also, the staff seemed indifferent when i needed help with my player's card. I was traveling with my son and they were not accommodating to our situation. bad service, indifferent staff

Fantastic Stay at Prime Location

easy access smooth check in various food reasonable price

The hotel provided easy access to the Strip. Check in was smooth. I appreciate there are various food options. The Miracle Mile mall is directly accessible from the hotel. I found dining at Cafe Hollywood good, with very reasonable prices.

I found the room quite dark even with lamps on. I suggest it needs a ceiling light.

The shops and restaurants offered a great convenience. Our room was sparkling. It looked and smelled very clean. The beds and bedding felt very comfortable. The provided toiletries were of a high quality.
