Gold Tower Premier King rooms have 378 square feet and a Keurig coffee maker. Gold Tower Scarlet Suites feature separate living and sleeping areas. Carson Tower Deluxe King and Doubles rooms have contemporary furnishings and are equipped with amenities. Some rooms feature a 40-inch flat-screen cable TV, white linens, wood furnishings, and a separate vanity area. Suites also offer whirlpool bathtubs.

Golden Nugget restaurants include Vic & Anthony's Steakhouse, which serves USDA prime grain-fed beef and fresh seafood. Chart House specializes in seafood and features a 75,000-gallon fish tank. Red Asian Cuisine, located on the casino floor across from the Grand Event Center, offers Chinese and Japanese dishes, as well as sushi and sashimi. Saltgrass Steak House serves Certified Angus Beef(R) steaks, seafood, chicken, and BBQ baby back ribs. Cadillac Mexican Kitchen offers fajitas, tacos, enchiladas, and barrel-aged margaritas. CJ serves homemade dishes, including burgers, sandwiches, salads, and pasta, and also features a six-layer Chocolate Motherlode Cake.
