i appreciated the express check-out service it saved considerable time. the hotel provided complimentary luggage storage before check-in which was very helpful. i found a starbucks conveniently located near the entrance. access to the convention center was straightforward. the in-house restaurants provided nice options for meals.

the lobby music was quite loud , made conversations difficult at times.

the room offered a full-length mirror and a dedicated makeup mirror complete with lighting. the space was adequate for two individuals to comfortably prepare. cleanliness was maintained throughout my stay it was nice.

staff members demonstrated a positive attitude i appreciate it. the hotel ensured additional personnel were present controlling access to the guest room towers. i felt it added a layer of security.
