perfect location clean rooms easy rideshare missing microwave sink issue maintenance issue

The hotel location was perfect. it was really close to the venetian and palazzo. rideshare was also really easy to find unlike at other hotels. Housekeeping was great. the rooms were clean.

My room lacked a microwave. This geared me to spend more money. the water in the sink started pooling. the stopper did not release fully. i requested maintenance to fix it.

just ok stay, i guess

unfriendly staff breakfast place

the concierge assisted quickly with providing a refrigerator for my husband's medicine.

The front desk agent was not very friendly. the hotel seemed very massive. It lacked a good place for breakfast. the staff were very mass-produced, i thought.

convenient central location

i appreciated the express check-out service it saved considerable time. the hotel provided complimentary luggage storage before check-in which was very helpful. i found a starbucks conveniently located near the entrance. access to the convention center was straightforward. the in-house restaurants provided nice options for meals.

the lobby music was quite loud , made conversations difficult at times.

the room offered a full-length mirror and a dedicated makeup mirror complete with lighting. the space was adequate for two individuals to comfortably prepare. cleanliness was maintained throughout my stay it was nice.

staff members demonstrated a positive attitude i appreciate it. the hotel ensured additional personnel were present controlling access to the guest room towers. i felt it added a layer of security.
