solid stay
smooth check-in friendly staff efficient bag drop
the check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. the staff at the swimming pool was friendly. the room was clean. it was spacious. bag drop off to leave for my late flight proved to be very efficient.
my room lacked some amenities. i noticed there was no mini fridge present in the room. also, there was no safe available for storing valuables. i also could not locate an alarm clock.

The check-in was smooth and fast. The staff was very friendly. a lady with an ipad helped me to check in quickly! she used a qr code on my phone and sent an email.

the pool was a welcome sight and quite enjoyable. there's a starbuck's located inside the premises! it's convenient for a quick coffee. the hotel also provides easy access to other casinos.

Pyramid Room is Aces!
clean room convenient uber
The room did not smell of smoke. It was so clean. Locating Uber was super convenient, and I found my way inside easy. The price cannot be beat. It was great.
I booked a room in the pyramid. It switched to the tower. Elevators sometimes did not work. Keys did not work to select a floor. There was no fridge, and the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan.

surprisingly pleasant stay
fluffy pillows comfortable bed nice decor attentive staff
I was happy with how fluffy the pillows were and the bed was very comfortable. the room also had a nice decor, i thought. the hotel was very attentive when i had any requests , which i appreciated. the housekeeping staff always did a great job cleaning my room each day. It felt fresh. i also appreciated how the staff helped me while i was in line.
i think the elevators need to be remodeled, as it was very rocky on the way up and down. it wasn't a huge issue, but noticeable.

i saw several dining options including a buffet with plenty of variety and fast-food restaurants that provided quick meals. the food court offered many choices and the availability of diverse cuisines was convenient. i thought the buffet was top notch and very delicious!!!

the room was clean, and the bed and pillows was so soft. the hotel offer close access to the casino. the food court had so many different options.
i noticed the hotel rooms not offer a fridge, that was a bit inconvenient.

pyramid shape friendly staff clear direction
i liked that the restaurants were clean and the staff seemed friendly. i could clearly see the pyramid shape when i walked inside, which charmed me. the elevators had good directions, so i got around easily.
the toilet seemed to have a hard time flushing, slightly inconvenient.
