cigarette smell room confusion
The gym seemed amazing so I went there.
Our stay started with a bit of confusion. I booked a king size non smoking room, but upon arrival, the room reeked of cigarettes. The front desk manager admitted the room smelled before I arrived. We argued for 30 minutes before they moved me to a different tower.
