chaotic check-in rogue sock
upon arrival, the check-in process felt chaotic, i waited for what seemed like an eternity. the room had some quirks, the tv remote didn't function. i found a rogue sock under the bed, not mine by the way. honestly, it made me question how thorough the cleaning process really is.

really good service bright room easy access
The staff provided really good service throughout my stay. They were genuinely cute! The room itself was bright and spacious, and it was well maintained. I really appreciated the easy access to transport links, it made traveling simple and convenient.
I didn't like there was no complimentary drinking water provided in the room at all!

vegetarian options excellent service bathroom step chewy meat
The breakfast offered a nice variety. I especially liked that vegetarian options were available without needing to ask. The hotel was very clean. I found Ana and Carlos to have excellent customer service.
I nearly fell when I entered the bathroom in my room. There is a little step I didn't see! The staff were watching football while I sat there waiting to order food. I had to go to the bar and order my food there. The meat was chewy and fatty.

helpful staff polite staff clean hotel rich array
the staff WAS helpful and pleasant. june and christina are very polite and always assisted at breakfast too. i found the hotel clean, a true testament to their commitment. the rich array and choice of foods at breakfast BUFFET was also excellent.
the gym facilities are a little limited. the weights only go up to 20kg so, i had to make do

the hotel boasts good facilities that cater to various needs. the rooms were super clean and well-equipped with modern amenities. the lounge area offered a comfortable space for relaxation, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the staff were really good too ensure a seamless experience. every team member seemed dedicated to providing comfort and care. the overnight auditor should be rewarded, he showed professionalism and a very kind manner.

breakfast selection orange juice friendly service warm room lack fan traffic noise
The breakfast had a wide selection. Freshly squeezed orange juice was available. I also liked the friendly service from the waiting staff. (The pancakes were a highlight!)
The room was too warm during the first night. I couldn't find a fan. Opening the window was not an option due to the traffic noise.
