The staff were really polite, courteous, and helpful. It was a pleasure. the facilities seemed reasonable given the price, i thought. the location worked well for my needs.
My room was a bit smaller than i expected it to be. some amenities could have been improved. I found a used tissue roll in the bathroom. the tea and coffee supplies didn't seem very fresh, either.

the staff were very helpful as i arrived late. they arranged access to my room after hours. i had no trouble following their instructions. the location near excel was also convenient.
My room was very outdated. if you were larger than a size 16, the bathroom would feel cramped. the smell of cat urine was noticeable. I suspect a previous guest had a cat. the door code was printed on the keyring. That seemed insecure.
