I had issues with a wedding event. There was a disco in the pool area directly under my room. It was not communicated beforehand. Guests could not use the pool the whole day. The noise made sleeping difficult.

finding a working ice machine reminded me of a treasure hunt, and when i finally found one, it was practically empty. plus, the shower pressure was so weak, rinsing shampoo took an eternity. i think they may be trying to save water or something, but i was definitely not refreshed.
