helpful staff safe area clean hotel basic breakfast inflexible policy ineffective vent

I found the staff friendly and helpful. the location was close to kensington and hyde parks. That was very convenient. the area felt safe, and the hotel was very clean.

The breakfast was quite basic. i tried to cancel my room in advance, but the hotel refused. i found that somewhat inflexible! the room had some kind of air vent, but it wasn't very effective. I was a bit disappointed by this.
