i appreciated the large room size. the bed was huge and very comfortable. continental breakfast included fruit, cereal, yogurt, croissants, soft rolls, cheese, eggs, and preserves.

the location worked well, only a short walk to hyde park. i left my bags after checkout and collected them later, which helped a lot. the staff helped me with directions and local tips, this was very useful.

The shower temperature fluctuated quite a bit. It went from cold to hot seemingly at random.

the location was good, close to many things i needed. it worked fine.

I had to walk up many flights of stairs. breakfast was very basic with limited options. I didn't find much to eat. the room felt a little unclean. I found some dirt on the carpet.
