leaking toilet poor coffee

I expected better for the price i paid. the tv had issues. I couldn't access movies. staff seemed disinterested in fixing it. also, the toilet leaked onto the floor. It was frustrating. instant coffee in the room was subpar. i would have expected better than nescafé.

The hotel was spotlessly clean for us. the room i booked was spacious and tasteful. the shower was amazing, it had a good amount of pressure. the shower gel and shampoo conditioner smelled divine! i could easily control the temperature in my room. It seemed like a little haven of my own.

the corridors can be a bit noisy, so maybe pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper like me.

Fantastic Stay Near Victoria Station!

The location is excellent. It is a quick walk from Victoria Station! The staff were helpful, doing everything they could to ensure my comfort. The food was AMAZING!!! I also liked the gym. It had several machines for a full workout.

The television was a bit difficult to use, requiring an app download for control, slightly inconvenient.
