Mediocre stay, disappointed with noise levels
The apartment layout was spacious , which was acceptable.
Building works began early , I was awake at 7am. Drilling and hammering were constant, I heard it without any discount being offered. This has occurred on multiple occasions.

The check-in process took SO long. I waited an unreasonable amount of time , and there weren't many other customers there. I also found the room to be quite dark .

Amazing Apartment Stay!
cute team amazing fit best sheets
The building has fabulous style the room was genuinely comfortable. The team onsite was so cute and interested in all the guests. The fit out was amazing and the sheets were the best I have ever experienced. I have no negative comments about my stay!
The bathroom felt cold since the heated towel rail wasn't working. Also the shower was tepid, it may be on the same electrical circuit I think.

The hotel provides complimentary tea and coffee amenities. This is a lovely touch for a quick refreshment. The bar and lounge area downstairs offers a nice vibe I noticed. I could enjoy drinks there.

I found the building beautiful. It is one of the most striking places I have stayed. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and I can confirm that they are very quiet. The reception operates 24 hrs, providing assistance anytime.

Acceptable Stay, but with ISSUES
The location is near the train station.
My room was not ready at the check-in time of 3 PM. I waited until 4:30 PM because of the 'Saturday rush' , BUT this delay affected my schedule.

wonderful apartment and convenient facilities
spacious apartment modern amenities
i appreciated the spacious, modern apartment, complete with all necessary amenities. a cosy dog bed and bowl were provided for my dog. the staff showed a lot of care. the location is very convenient.
The room became very warm with no air conditioning. a slow ceiling fan only circulated the heated air. cooling the room down was impossible. It made for an uncomfortable night.

the location is excellent and close to the train station. various restaurants are located nearby. it is a short walk from piccadilly station. piccadilly station provides a fifteen-minute ride to the airport with frequent connections.
