The restaurant service was quite poor. Our waiter seemed to ignore us for extended periods, and getting a simple glass of water required a trip to the bar, this lack of attention.

The restaurant service was slow. I waited over three hours for a three-course meal. the waiter ignored our table, not offering drinks. my dad ordered a specific wine, but received a different one without being informed. this substitution, without advising us, is unacceptable.

The location was great. The restaurant provided excellent service. I found the staff very helpful. I extended my stay because the rooms are spacious. They are also very quiet. The hotel is centrally located near the tram and train stops.
I noticed the shower leaked a lot. The shower door would not close. I reported it. The problem was not fixed.
