the balcony was not clean! there were cigarette butts. the outdoor table also needed cleaning. i also found the shower did not drain properly. it was a little frustrating, and i expected better attention to detail.

excellent stay near old trafford

i found the location very convenient. the tram stop was a short walk from the hotel entrance, providing easy access to central manchester. the on-site parking was also a plus, removing any stress related to finding a spot.
during my stay, i noticed the soundproofing was not great. noise from the corridor was easily audible in my room. this was a minor disturbance, especially at night!

The room was clean. Free parking was available, which helped a lot. The staff was modern and friendly (I felt really welcome).
The receptionist directed us to the wrong wing. This meant we dragged our bags all over the hotel. The mattress was not comfortable and it affected my sleep.
