i appreciated the safe area near shops and restaurants. the proximity to hyde park was also a plus. coming from paddington station was convenient (it is a short walk). the staff was helpful, and i could leave my luggage after checking out.

The bathroom was quite small. I found it difficult to dry off inside.

many restaurants are nearby, nice for easy dining options (lots of different cuisines). two large grocery stores, ms and sainsbury's, are within walking distance. the kitchenette in the room allows for simple meal preparation.

The location was REALLY convenient. I liked that it was close to hyde park. my room had a fridge. I found that very helpful. the staff was friendly. They provided good service.

The wifi was VERY slow. It made it difficult to use facetime. the room felt quite small and tight. maintenance seemed to be lacking. The bathroom door lock was broken.

The room i got felt pretty cramped. there wasn't much space for luggage, and i found the layout odd. the shower was a problem. The shower head leaked. it was difficult to use without making a mess. i also found the sound insulation lacking. i could hear every footstep from the room above.
