The location was convenient, a quiet street near the market. My room, a 'better room', featured unique decor and very comfortable bedding. The staff offered warm cocoa each evening, a touch I really appreciated. I found the honesty bar in the parlor a good space.

The air conditioning unit in my room was a bit louder than I prefer. I turned it off after a few minutes.

I found the staff genuinely helpful, particularly with local recommendations. The location was perfect (close to everything yet quiet at night). The room was clean and well kept. Housekeeping did a nice job daily.

The lift to the upper floors was a bit slow.

the hotel staff were very helpful and cute breakfast was lovely i enjoyed it a lot the room was good it had everything i needed. the location was awesome i had easy access to the nearby areas and shops it really added to my stay i was happy with everything.

the ac unit made some noise and it could be a bit disturbing sometimes
