Good Rooms overlook the quiet street and feature unique decor on the ground and second floors. Better Rooms are located on the top floor with views of the gardens or streets. Marvellous Rooms offer garden views, with one room on the lower ground floor with a private patio. Great Rooms showcase furnishings from the Portobello Road Market and views of Notting Hill streets. Outstanding Rooms, located on the lower, ground, and first floors, provide garden or street views and feature a living area and signature beds, including canopy and four-poster options. Each room includes complimentary Wi-Fi, Belu water, and Green & Spring bath products. Rooms include ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area.

Breakfast and Honesty Bar

Breakfast is served in the Sitting Room from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM daily, and until 11:00 AM on weekends, and can also be enjoyed in guest rooms. The Sitting Room features an honesty bar stocked with spirits and liquors from local brewers and Portobello Road gin.
