The location worked great with public transport nearby. The breakfast was decent and the staff kept it stocked. The reception staff was helpful and let us check in early. I got a room on the upper floor with a fridge, a nice bonus.

The shower head was broken and i found some black stuff floating in the kettle.

My room was located downstairs and proved rather noisy. early in the morning, i could hear constant banging from what i believe was the cleaning room next door. the bathroom was also disappointing. The shower curtain was far too small, so water splashed everywhere, soaking the toilet paper. this really wasn't ideal.

The staff was friendly. I was received by Mohammed Azan, very lovely. He attended all our needs. The rooms where VERY clean. The english breakfast was very nice.

My room was small for 3 people. The room was VERY hot, it had no A/C. The staircase to the 3rd floor was narrow, it had no elevator. THE wifi did not work in the room.
