The location was alright. It was relatively easy to get to the tube.

My room was quite stuffy and warm, even with the window open. the street noise at night was pretty bad. I heard people yelling until late. also, finding someone to assist with check-in took longer than it should have. i expected better, frankly.

the location was quite good. it's near hammersmith, which i found convenient. the room included tea, coffee, and milk for drinks. i appreciated having those available in the room.

the noise from the street was pretty bad. the windows didn't close well, so it was hard to sleep. the kitchen lacked basic supplies like coffee or tea, so I had to buy them.

A surprisingly GREAT stay!

I found LOTS of helpful extras in the room. There was shower gel, shampoo, a toothbrush with paste, hand lotion, and even a hairdryer. Tea-making facilities were SUCH a nice touch. The location was also great. It was close to the event I attended!

The location is convenient to Hammersmith station. It is also near Shepherd's Bush underground station. The room featured a fridge, microwave, and stove. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in in the basement.

The room did not resemble the pictures online. The room was small and included a very small bathroom. There was a single-glazed door to the outside with only a bolt lock. I found this made me uneasy. I did experience loud noise coming from downstairs at midnight for over 30 mins. This meant i could not sleep well.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in process was simple, made arrival very easy. I appreciated the provision of basic necessities, such as bottled water and chocolates (a thoughtful touch).

The absence of daily housekeeping was a slight inconvenience. We did not receive fresh towels or replenishment of amenities .
