the hotel is far from city center. It takes long to arrive to the subway by train.

the room was very cold. the heating did not work, and i had to ask several times before someone finally responded. the reception staff seemed friendly but unmotivated. they did not resolve problems effectively.

a great stay

the rooms were large with great decoration and very comfortable beds. the walk in showers were also spacious and provided all necessary amenities. food and wine in both the restaurant and pub were very good. the hotel's location provides easy access to public transport via train and bus services. i will return.
The bill was a little confusing, with each night having a different price. This required clarification at checkout.

My room faced an internal courtyard. the view was just a grey wall. the shower fixtures were broken. Water barely trickled from the shower head. it took multiple requests to get the heating working. the reception staff seemed friendly but not particularly motivated to resolve problems.

excellent locationcomfortable bed
the location is excellent right opposite the rail station, it made travel so easy! the bed was comfortable, i slept so well. the staff were all friendly and helpful throughout my stay, i appreciated their warmth and attention. i also loved the bus stop close to the hotel, providing quick access to the city center.

The twin room had very beautiful decor. I loved the colours used. two comfortable beds offered a great night's sleep, and the bathroom was spacious! the room also included tea and coffee making facilities, a nice touch.

The room was stylish and spacious with everything necessary provided. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Even though the hotel includes a pub, it remained quiet, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere .
The cups provided for the kettle and snacks were not adequately clean, a slight drawback.

the room was big and nicely decorated, with a private garden just outside. i thought the things they give you in the room were really good quality, a special attention to details. staying three nights was a joy, and i would think to come back for more. the bed was big, and the room stay quiet, and i enjoy the nice things for washing and the coffee machine.
