quiet stay
helpful staff clean room great bed
the staff IS so nice and helpful. the room was clean and the bed was great. supermarkets and cafes are close to the hotel, that was very convinient. i could walk everywhere and i felt safe at night.
the furniture IS quite dated. it looks like the hotel requires urgent maintenance and updates. some areas looked worn, it affected the overall impression.

surprisingly neat stay
clean room friendly receptionist room fridge
I found the reception and rooms to be quite clean and modern, certainly a pleasant surprise. the receptionist was very friendly, cute, and professional. That started my visit well. there was a fridge in the room. This allowed me to store some refreshments.
i noticed a minor issue, there were no teaspoons in the room.. it made it a little inconvenient to prepare my drinks.

the staff provided prompt service. the hotel had a convenient location near shops. my family room was spacious and comfortable for everyone. i appreciated the easy access to transport for wembley.
i noticed that one of the windows had a slight issue with closing completely.

convenient refrigerator bathroom toiletries walkable pubs
the room included a refrigerator. toiletries were also provided in the bathroom. i found several pubs and cafes within a short walk from the hotel.
the elevator made a slight noise when in use.

small room low ceiling
The room felt small, and i found only three pillows. i would've liked more. also, the ceiling was surprisingly low. I hit my head getting out of bed. the mirror light wouldn't turn off unless i left the bathroom, so annoying!

shisha smell passport copy
the location was near bus stops. that was acceptable.
the room smelled like eggs and shisha! mold was also on the bathroom ceiling. they didn't want to give back the copy of my passport. they didn't even have a real reason for it. apply:. apply:
