the reception staff was very helpful upon arrival and during check-out.. the room was quite comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. the shower was wonderful. i was upgraded to a quieter room located on the second floor at the back of the hotel.

I noticed some building work was underway at the restaurant. As breakfast was included, it was not available, and i had to find alternatives.

the reception was excellent with a warm welcome, alongside smooth check-in. staff provided necessary information via note cards. phone services were easily accessible.

the room offered necessary facilities like an iron, ironing board, and a hair dryer. there was ample work space. an elevator provided access to different floors ensuring easy mobility with luggage.

breakfast was included in the room rate, a considerate addition. the hotel's location is very close to numerous dining options in surbiton. this proximity allowed us to easily explore various culinary experiences.

Mixed experience, Noise and room issues

decent coffee machine free water considerable noise disco pub

The room included a decent coffee machine and water.

I requested a quiet room, but this hotel assigned me one on the second floor overlooking what seemed to be a rear courtyard. It featured air conditioning units that emitted A considerable noise. Opening the window was not an option. The bar then operated as a disco pub until 1:00 AM. This made restful sleep IMPOSSIBLE.

the spacious bedroom included air conditioning. a short walk led me to the station with fast access to central london waterloo station.

the hotel parking cost me seven pounds per night.
