Absolutely fantastic stay!

room cleaning netflix access

I loved that the staff cleaned my room while I was out! That was an amazing touch. I also appreciated having NETFLIX available. The room had a microwave plus bottles of water , made it extra convenient.

I noticed the walls seemed a bit thin! I could hear some noise from the adjacent room, which slightly affected my privacy and quiet enjoyment.

The Double Room had a lot of outlets for charging my devices. ample lighting which was very helpful for working. I found useful a microwave. the complimentary bottles of water, very handy for a quick refreshment after a long day.

The staff was friendly and helpful and my check-in and check-out experiences were fast and easy. I felt Iryna's support at the front desk was excellent. Her warm hospitality. I will repeat!

helpful staff interior decor homely feeling

the hotel is near to a bus stop. i found the staff helpful, yet not intrusive. the interior decor. i appreciated that.

the beautiful double room was small, offering very little space to move around the bed.

convenient stay near olympia

station access water pressure

the location suited my needs perfectly. it was quite easy to walk to kensington olympia station. the shower was very good (it had great water pressure). my room also included a mini-fridge and a microwave, very useful for keeping drinks cold.

i found the room itself to be quite small. i had very little space to move around, especially with my luggage. the single room felt cramped.

clean room well-equipped room convenient location

the room was clean and well-equipped. i found the location very good. it was an easy walk to both the tube and bus routes.

the room was somewhat small for two people and unpacking luggage felt a bit cramped
