impressed with the service and location
fresh towels ironing board excellent location
the room was clean, and i received fresh towels daily. the staff was super helpful, providing an ironing board promptly. the location is excellent, with great access to transport links and shops. it was amazing!!!

helpful staff quiet area
the staff were very helpful and provided good instructions on arrival i found the room bright and quite spacious for a single traveller. the area was quiet offering a good opportunity to relax away from the city centre.

The room was big enough for two people. It was bright and clean!!! The hallway had a good smell. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The room was basic, but that was not a problem. The state of the bathroom was bad with mould. There was a big leak from above, but it had not been sorted.

visible mold dripping showerhead
The room was a Comfort Twin Room and was quite spacious. It suited my needs for the short time I was there.
I found a significant problem with cleanliness. Specifically, the shower had visible mold. The showerhead also dripped constantly, annoying. This detracted from what could have been a more satisfactory stay.

My room was an appropriate size. The bed was made daily, and sheets were changed every two days. The bathroom and shower were also appropriate. Reception staff were professional.
The walls are thin and I could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

The reception staff provided prompt assistance when needed and responded quickly to requests I made regarding my room, for example, when I asked for an additional pillow they delivered it promptly. The staff were kind.

The hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, a nice addition. There was a vending machine available with a selection of snacks and beverages. I saw the hotel has parking spaces.

Although the hotel does not have a full restaurant, a continental breakfast was available in the dining area. The breakfast included a selection of pastries, cereals, yogurt, and fruit juices. Hot beverages, such as coffee and tea, were also offered.

efficient reception comfy bed available towel safe location
I found the reception efficient. Mego checked me in quickly. The beds felt comfy for sleep. I also had shower gel and towels in the room. The location was good for my business. A table with chairs were available. I felt safe, tucked back from the road.
The curtains do not fully block the light from outside.

The hotel is a short walk from the subway station. It makes accessing the city center easy. Travel time is approximately 20-30 minutes to downtown. The immediate area has food and shops.

The staff works hard. Mego was very cute and happy to help me. Majid, the manager, is amazing. He provided excellent help and kind service.
